Alantra – Fall 2026 Internship Position (Stockholm, Sweden)

Job Description:

Role and day to day tasks

• Execution of active M&A mandates: Preparation of marketing materials modelling and valuation analysis data-room management etc.
• Marketing initiatives: Market analyses of different industry verticals preparation of market strategic and industry peer analysis screening of potential M&A targets / buyers financial valuations etc.
• Business development: Recruiting initiatives marketing of the firm and development of the Alantra Nordic team

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience at a leading investment bank or M&A boutique
• Strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and well-developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts
• Skills in a Nordic language (native level) English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and a third European language is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and standard business/financial databases
