As a Concept Designer at Vans youll support partner and execute the concept teams vision through the creation of 3D and 2D presentation tools and assets. This role involves developing visual hierarchies layouts and coding systems to articulate our design and innovation vision at high-level design milestones and cross-functional meetings. Asset Procurement: Source and procure concept assets for 2D and 3D presentations. What do you need to succeedWe all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role there are foundation skills youll need to succeed and excel. Additionally while formal education in a related field is great to have we are most interested in your 3 years of experience and professional foundation skills you will need in this position are:Proficiency in CAD design applications such as Illustrator Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Strong written and oral communication skills. Resolves issues by using previous experience to identify the best options or improve existing approaches. Works under general guidance with cross-functional partners to resolve mutual problems or collaborate on procedures. Hiring Range:

$82080.00 USD - $102600.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
