POSITION: Supervisor of Nutrition PersonnelREPORTS TO: Administrative Director of OperationsACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:Position is responsible for performing duties that support avariety of human resource business functions such as talent acquisition onboardingpolicy implementation employee/labor relations training and performance position works collectively with the districts Human Resource and City ofWorcester Human Resource ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manages the recruitment interviews selection and onboarding processes for alldepartment personnel including managing civil service for prompt hiring and placement of support staff and school-basednutrition operational vacancies and turnover rates in conjunction with financestaff to assure proper staffing compliance as well as budgetary point of contact for operational staff on human resource related issuesincluding implementation of district policies procedures and collectivebargaining involved with labor relations for union and nonunion personnel includinginvestigatory meetings issuance of discipline and grievance for performance management of union and nonunion coaching and mentoring to supervisors on complex employee to coordinate and manage department recruitment and participates in department training duties as QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelors degree in human resources public administration businessmanagement or a related field.2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources or related experience.3. Highly organized detail-oriented and possess the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment.4. Professional excellent communication interpersonal and conflict-resolutionskills.5. Experience with collective bargaining agreements.6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.7. Strong commitment to diversity equity and inclusion.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.9. Must have the ability to travel within the district as QUALIFICATIONS:1. Masters degree in human resources public administration business managementor a related field.2. Five years of experience in human resources or related experience.3. Experience working in a school district or public sector environment is highlydesirable.4. Experience with Workday Enterprise Management Software.5. Ability to speak TYPE: Non-Represented Non-ExemptWORK YEAR/WORK DAY: This is a full-time twelve-month professional position that may require work at timesoutside of regular work hours when necessary to perform responsibilities.
