Job Description

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) trains doctors who put patients at the centre of their exemplary care. The School which offers both undergraduate and graduate programmes is named after local philanthropist Tan Sri Dato Lee Kong Chian. Established in 2010 by Nanyang Technological University Singapore in partnership with Imperial College London LKCMedicine aims to be a model for innovative medical education and a centre for transformative research. The Schools primary clinical partner is the National Healthcare Group a leader in public healthcare recognised for the quality of its medical expertise facilities and teaching. The School is transitioning to an NTU medical school ahead of the 2028 successful conclusion of the NTU-Imperial partnership to set up a Joint Medical August 2024 we welcomed our first intake of the NTU MBBS programme that has been recently enhanced to include themes like precision medicine and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare with an expanded scope in the medical humanities. Graduates from the five-year undergraduate medical degree programme will have a strong understanding of the scientific basis of medicine with an emphasis on technology data science and the humanities.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Manager Postgraduate & Continuing Education Programmes to join our team at LKCMedicine. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives for postgraduate and continuing education programmes contributing to professional development and advancing medical knowledge. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and engaging with a diverse audience of healthcare professionals and institutional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing integrated marketing and business development plans to support student recruitment cultivate strategic partnerships and enhance programme branding across postgraduate and continuing education portfolios.

  • Creating and managing digital campaigns on social media (e.g. LinkedIn Instagram Facebook) and other relevant platforms to engage healthcare professionals.

  • Optimising SEO/SEM and paid media to improve visibility lead generation and conversions.

  • Designing targeted outreach to institutional partners hospitals healthcare groups and professional associations to build awareness and generate leads.

  • Overseeing creation of high-quality marketing content including brochures eDMs videos case studies and event promotions.

  • Managing the LKCMedicine postgraduate programmes microsite/website and ensuring all content is accurate updated and SEO-aligned.

  • Identifying and coordinating LKCMedicines participation in relevant roadshows webinars and professional conferences.

  • Monitoring and analysing key marketing metrics (e.g. reach engagement conversion rates ROI) and recommending data-driven improvements.

  • Managing assigned marketing and communications budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.

  • Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. academic teams accreditation bodies) to ensure programmes meet accreditation standards.

  • Supporting the preparation and submission of documentation required for programme accreditation and re-accreditation.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in marketing with demonstrated ability in business development as well as B2C digital and B2B marketing.

  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Competent in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to monitor campaign effectiveness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages tailored to different audiences.

  • Strong project management multitasking and organisational skills.

  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability.
