Job Description:
- Overseeing and managing IT projects ensuring smooth execution and minimal operational disruptions.
- Planning and coordinating the deployment of systems software and updates.
- Developing and implementing deployment strategies to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including development QA and business units to ensure deployment readiness.
- Tracking documenting and resolving incidents and issues related to deployments.
- Establishing efficient processes for incident management and problem resolution.
- Communicating project status risks and updates to stakeholders.
- Analyzing deployment processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Maintaining documentation dashboards and reports to monitor project progress and incident trends.
- Providing regular performance insights and updates to leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in IT project management system deployments or incident management.
- Strong understanding of IT processes deployment methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage issues in high-pressure environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to change and proactively address challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated results-driven and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English (speaking writing reading and listening) is a plus.
