The opportuniy

Based on our Ngauranga site you will be responsible to manage your own ledger of our larger clients; the role is interesting and varied and includes Administration and Customer Service Support across the branch. This is a permanent full time position applicants will be either NZ Residents or Citizens.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily ledger management
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Monthly reporting (internal and external)
  • Ensuring debt collection processes are followed
  • Revenue audits
  • Regular and ongoing client contact via phone and email
  • Support Operations Manager/Administration/CSR and wider team

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role at our organisation youll need to have prior experience in Credit Control along with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering great customer service.

Were looking for someone who is highly motivated focused on results and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.

  • Proficient in the use of database systems
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • A can-do attitude and a down-to-earth flexible approach
  • Ability to work autonomously
