Descripcin genrica del puesto:
El tcnico de soporte es responsable de mantener los equipos en condiciones ptimas. Este rol implica la ejecucin de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos as como la solucin de problemas y el diagnstico de fallas. Sera el encargado de realizar la instalacin y validacin de las lneas nuevas y/o los movimientos de equipos que se realicen.
Responsabilidades:
- Verificar y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos del rea de electrnica
- Instalar equipos en las lneas de produccin
- Mantener los equipos de electrnica en los mtricos establecidos
- Participar en actividades orientadas a reduccin de costos.
- Conocer cmo funcionan correctamente las herramientas a utilizar
- Desempear las funciones con la calidad requerida
- Cumplir con poltica normatividad y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables en la empresa.
Autoridad:
El tcnico de soporte debe trabajar en estrecha colaboracin con su supervisin directa para garantizar la eficiencia y comunicacin efectiva para realizar las tareas asignadas.
Requerimientos bsicos:
Carrera tcnica terminada (Electromecnica elctrica electrnica o mecnica)
Experiencia de 3 aos en el rea de mantenimiento
Amplia experiencia en conocimientos de SMT (Equipos FuzionHanwha impresoras de pasta (Dek) hornos Heller.
Amplia experiencia en soldadoras de ola y soldadora de ola selectiva.
Conocimientos en mquinas de rayos X.
Interpretacin de planos elctricos.
Ingles bsico
Diagnstico de fallas e interpretacin de diagramas
Manejo de paquetes computacionales
Trabajo bajo presin
Trabajo en Equipo
Sentido de Urgencia
Conocimiento uso y manejo de equipo de proteccin.
Requerimientos deseables:
Conocimiento en equipos de insercin automtica.
Conocimientos y programacin en equipos PVA (Conformal coating).
depuracin de programas en SMTTH y PVA
Conocimiento de las normas oficiales mexicanas aplicables a sus funciones.
