Junior Tech Service Specialist

The Junior Tech Service Specialist is an entry-level role working within a product team following well-established practices and a clearly defined scope of work. You will:

• Solve incidents and requests by following procedures described in the knowledge base.
• Work with more senior colleagues to solve complex issues.
• Create and update knowledge articles and identify opportunities for waste removal.
• Use available data to guide decisions and improvements.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team learning

This is a temporary 6-month position with the potential to become a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

You will become part ofBusiness Service Operations (BSO) which plays a vital role in driving the LEGO Groups long-term growth strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Our mission is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth that supports our strategy to reach twice as many kids over the next 57 years!

Do you have what it takes

• Service mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with solid IT troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.

What would be an advantage:

• Understanding of computer components peripherals and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of O365 and its components.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS including installation configuration and basic troubleshooting.
