WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Planning implementing and delivering digital strategies. ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

The Digital Executive acts as a bridge between creative marketing and technical teams with the right coordination of budget and resources across the different digital platforms.

This is an 18-month temporary role ideal for someone eager to contribute in a fast-paced multi-category business environment.

  • Define take responsibility and implement digital strategies on various channels for lead nurturing customer retention and personalization for our brands
  • Content understanding and supervision of copy and visual content flexible planning of actions including coordination with other departments and off-/online communication channels
  • A/B tests to continuously seek opportunities to improve KPIs drive personalization and elevate the user experience and improve the engagement
  • Manage and control budget
  • Reporting
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Find and coordinate synergies with other teams to identify successful strategies
  • Support develop and implement cluster projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing / e-commerce
  • In-depth and excellent knowledge of website and e-commerce analytics
  • Proficient German and English is a must
  • Understanding of SEO SEM & Traffic Acquisition in general
  • Metrics-driven with experience in analyzing e-commerce user behavior & CRM activities for continuous improvements

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Web Analytics i.e. Google Analytics Power BI
