Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory control order fulfillment and shipping. This role ensures efficient and safe warehouse activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy productivity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage and supervise warehouse staff including hiring training scheduling and performance management.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations (receiving picking packing and shipping).
Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs (accuracy productivity safety on-time performance).
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
Ensure compliance with OSHA DOT and company safety standards.
5 years of experience in warehouse distribution or logistics management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Spanish Language skills are preferred.
