Job Description

As our Logistics Executive youll be responsible for supporting across a multi-functional operation which includes Inventory Management Reporting Digital operations freight forwarding fixtures and fittings 3PL management warehousing and last mile.

- Facilitating and coordinating inbound and stock transfers across the supply chain network to optimize stock levels and availability
- Managing evaluating and preparing reports on our Distribution Centres performance
- Providing insights and suggestions to optimize day to day operations to achieve increased process efficiencies and productivity
- Investigating customer concerns and operational and quality issues competently and in a timely manner
- Creating and enforcing processes which ensure compliance is consistently adhered to
- Supporting labour planning and monitoring staffing requirements to ensure productivity profitability and high services levels to clients
- Challenging the status quo and have a continuous improvement mindset
- Reviewing KPIs across the Distribution Centres and last-mile carrier
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have 3 years experience within Supply Chain/Retail/Logistics
- You have an intermediate to advanced skill level of Excel
- You have a high attention to detail
- You have demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS system
- You have strong emotional intelligence communication skills and the ability to influence teammembers at all levels
- You have the ability to work both independently and as part of the wider Logistics and Planning Team
- You have Dangerous Goods Road Transport and Handling certified preferred but not essential
