Your profile
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up proactively on unpaid invoices
- Liaise with customer service and sales to resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
- Maintain regular contact with international clients by email and phone
- Review and assess customer risk profiles and take the lead in improving this process
- Prepare aging reports and support monthly cash flow forecasts
- Assist in automating and improving the AR process in NetSuite
- Collaborate with the finance team during month-end closing and audit preparation
- 2 years of experience in credit control accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- Comfortable communicating with B2B clients across different countries and cultures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Positive mindset proactive attitude and a team player
