The Role
The Guest Services Supervisor leads the front-of-house counter and administrative guest service teams within Rhythms dynamic rental retail and workshop hubs. Based in our Hirafu (Niseko) Wadano (Hakuba) or Kitanomine (Furano) stores this role involves team leadership customer service coaching point-of-sale management and a sharp eye for detailensuring smooth guest flow and top-tier service. Youll work closely with the Store Manager and collaborate across departments to keep things humming behind the scenes and energised out front.
