As a DevSecOps Senior Engineer you will be expected to actively participate in the design development and deployment of our cloud platform solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements.
Implement best practices in coding with support of AI
Perform the deployment monitoring and maintenance of platforms.
Conduct work activities using SRE principles such as resilience metrics capacity planning toil Incident management and security
Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g. AWS and Azure).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers operations QA etc.).
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Build and help transform container and serverless architectures such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services) Docker and Azure Functions.
Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.
Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.
Document processes procedures and infrastructure setups.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Continuously improve systems processes and methodologies.
Participate in project planning and execution.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality deliverables.
Explore generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities.
Deploy AI models for automated content generation and predictive analytics.
OTHER DUTIES
Performs other duties as assigned by management
On call rotation responsibilities with the Service Delivery and Operations Team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the DevSecOps engineering discipline prefer enterprise engineering experience or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies or equivalent
Experience with Application and Infrastructure Operations
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python or powershell) for automation tasks and infrastructure management.
Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management including writing and maintaining modules.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Azure DevOps Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions) including creating and managing pipelines.
Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) including designing and implementing cloud services and architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment ensuring platform reliability and scalability.
