WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks associated with building systems and equipment upkeep.
- Performs tasks associated with troubleshooting and repairs to equipment and system components.
- Performs equipment and component replacements and new installations.
- Maintains files on equipment.
- Completes documentation as required.
- Assists in training staff on the operations and maintenance of building systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUCCESS CAPABILITIES:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in general building systems maintenance.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Compliance to Annual Flu Shot Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation
- Provide an active auto insurance policy as a licensed driver in the State of Ohio with the proper level of coverage as directed
- Provide an active drivers license
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- High level of integrity ethics and professionalism.
