We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Microsoft Developer to join our IT development team. As a key member of the team you will collaborate with web designers program managers and developers to implement business and technical requirements. Your expertise in C# along with other programming languages will be instrumental in producing maintaining and modifying websites and user interfaces. Additionally you will play a crucial role in creating tools that enhance the user experience and ensuring the accessibility of websites across various device platforms cultures and languages.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web designers program managers and developers to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop maintain and modify websites and user interfaces using C# JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Write clean efficient and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Create innovative tools and features that enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites across multiple device platforms cultures and languages.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
- Collaborate with the IT operations team to deploy and maintain web applications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing C# applications using the frameworks Core 5.
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing web user interfaces with frameworks such as MVC Blazor or React.
- In-depth knowledge of relational database technologies such as SQL Server Oracle Azure SQL or MySQL.
- Demonstrated experience with security-focused development practices and adherence to security standards.
- Proven track record of delivering full-stack web applications for commercial purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with ETL technologies such as Azure Logic Apps Informatica or Azure Data Factories.
- Integration experience with Commercial off the Shelf software such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in development tools like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- Experience working with cloud platform services such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture containers and Docker.
