Role Description
As an Analyst in the EU Customer Reporting team you will work together with Tax Manager and Head of EU Customer Reporting in ensuring that all customer reporting is delivered to FNZs platform clients with 100% accuracy and on time. Your role will involve assisting with project management activities operational processes and controls as well as participating in continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate closely with the team to maintain high standards and contribute to the overall success of the reporting function.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Work together with Tax Manager to oversight regulatory and tax changes in various markets in Europe.
Support impact analysis of new regulations and assist the Delivery team in applying the required changes to the platform.
Engage with customers to coordinate reporting runbook activities and plan year-end reporting tasks.
Perform control and validation tasks identified in the detailed client specific reporting runbooks (scenario spot-checks and bulk checks).
Perform OAT (Operational Acceptance test)
Work on operational enhancements with an emphasis on automation and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing reporting processes.
Support the incident management process within the reporting area.
Experience required
Required Knowledge & Skills
Operations experience within the Wealth Management/Banking/IT.
Experience in client services.
Experience in using Excel for data analysis.
The ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive self-motivated and flexible approach to working.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
Experience using tools such as SQL or BI dashboards for data analysis.
Experience using tools such as Confluence Jira for documentation and action tracking.
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical context.
Industry recognised qualifications.
Experience in project management work and change management.
