Job Description
DTSI is seeking a highly qualified Test Engineer to design and implement software test procedures used to validate software operations against a statement of requirements as directed by a DOD customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid testing and deployment of System Support Services using distributed testing environments
- Designs implements and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
- Develops maintains and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products
- Write implement and report status for system test cases for testing based on system design specifications
- Analyze test cases and provides regular progress reports
- Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications
- Ensures documentation is updated based on the new user requirements
- Evaluates recommends and implements automated test tools and strategies
- Must be able to successfully design document and execute test plans and test case
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2 years software development
- 4 years experience with common programming and scripting languages such as Framework JavaScript Oracle
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent years of experience
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance
- DoD 8140.03 IA Technician Level II certification (Security)
