Summary:

Were looking to add aself-directed service-oriented individual to our team. This person will be responsible for servicing our existing book of business and supporting our Producers and Marketing Team. They will also have the opportunity to serve as an account manager for accounts <$200000 in annual premium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue certificates of insurance (with 2-hour response standard)
• Document client and carrier communication in Applied Epic
• Set up CSR-24 platform for clients and obtain renewal information using Indio
• Obtain loss runs for clients utilizing Loss Run Pro
• Process endorsements
• Utilize online quoting platforms
• Communicate professionally with clients & carriers via phone and email
• Provide exceptional relationship-driven customer service
• Assist with surety bid bonds
• Obtain renewal information market generate proposals and present to account spending <$25000 in annual premium

Requirements:

• 6 years of commercial insurance experience as a middle-market/large group Customer Service Rep. and/or Account Manager
• Proficient with Applied Epic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented andtask-driven with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable withdirect communication
• Adaptable to a fast-paced evolving environment
• Experience insuring contractors
• Experience working remotely (if applying for a remote position)
• Available during core business hours (8 am 5 pm CST)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Located in Oklahoma or Texas
• Experience insuring oil and gas companies
• Proficient in utilizing Indio and CSR-24
• CRIS CRIR CIC CLCS and/or ERIS designations
• Experience working with Travelers Bitco NAICO Mid-Continent Chubb and captive insurance programs
• Contract Surety experience

• We have a 6000 sqft elite office in Nichols Hills OK. The office was recently renovated it has great natural light all office walls are whiteboards and we have a state-of-the-art conference room. The building has a caf an outdoor patio and a gym.
• Option for remote work only available to individuals who have references who can corroborate that they have a track record of successfully working remotely.
