The Role:
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Mt Maunganui Depot
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm and fortnightly Saturdays - 8am to 11am
Were looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Customer Services team. As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with queries tracking deliveries resolving issues and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone email and online platforms
Track and trace parcels and provide delivery updates
Resolve delivery issues efficiently and professionally
Liaise with couriers depots and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding matters
Promote a positive customer experience with every interaction
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role (preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A calm and professional manner under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Familiarity with courier or logistics operations is a bonus
