The position
As aLead Engineerat agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Youll play a key role in multidisciplinary industrial projects working closely with other disciplines such asconstructionprocess andmechanical engineering. You will act as theright hand of the department head with clear career progression opportunities such as Specialist Project Manager or Department Head.
- Designing and coordinating complexelectrical engineering systems.
- Acting as thetechnical leadwithin projects and serving as themain point of contactfor clients.
- Managingone or more electrical engineerswithin your project teams.
- Coordinating planning budgets quality and design integrity within your scope.
- Identifying scope changes and proactively communicating with the project manager.
- Providing technical leadership fromconceptual designtoconstruction management.
- Accurately estimating man-hours and defining project scopes.
- Ensuring compliance with engineering phases and client expectations.
What you bring to the position
- ABachelors or Masters degreeinElectrical EngineeringControl EngineeringTechnical Physics orAOT.
- Approximately10 years of experiencein electrical engineering withinmultidisciplinary industrial projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge ofelectrical engineering standards technologies andunit pricing.
- A proven track record inproject deliveryon time within budget and to specification.
- Strongsolution-oriented mindsetand analytical skills.
- Natural leadership and coordination capabilities.
- Fluent inDutch and Englishboth spoken and written.
- Flexible and team-oriented personalityready to adapt to different project demands.
