Job Description
JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager (Cleaning)
JOB LCATION:Apapa Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- If you live and breathe marketing we need to talk.
- Were looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Ultimately you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company in line with targets as communicated from time to time
- Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses from existing customers
- Prepare a list weekly and develop leads for new business
- Use all available means to follow up aggressively on contacts
- Aggressive daily salesmanship of all identified prospects
- Develop new channels of business
- Carry out cost estimates material documents specification lists equipment labor and BOQ for quotations and proposals
Requirements
- / Degree in Marketing Communication Business and other fields or related field
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage educate and motivate.
- Numerically literate comfortable working with numbers making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Must be good with PowerPoint and presentation.
