Responsibilities

• Able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.

• Define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring clear understanding of client needs and requirements.

• Track project progress against established timelines and milestones ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables while monitoring budget and resource utilization.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively addressing any challenges to project success.

• Able to facilitate effective communication and coordination between clients team members and stakeholders while attending to both business and technical considerations.

• Primary point of contact for clients establishing and maintaining strong relationships.

• Regularly provide status and risk updates to manage client expectations.

• Solicit and incorporate client feedback into the project planning and execution process to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in managing API development and integration projects.

• Working collaboratively in a dynamic ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities to ensure project objectives are met.

• Liaise with all levels of staff within the team and user communities.

• Able to provide guidance support and feedback to juniors ensuring the project scope is completed with high quality on schedule and within budget.
