Education: Bachelors degree preferably from International Relations International Law Major Criminology.
Qualifications: Two to three years of experience in security management or similar roles.

You can learn more here you passionate about playing a vital role in helping to build the Companys business while maintaining its safety and security Do you love challenges and would like the experience to become a corporate security and provide advice on a breadth of legal security management to the business As a Security manager you will oversee security operations covering geo-political analysis crisis management investigations and security operations for sites in Mexico. You will also be responsible for digital security innovations for the region. You are expected to manage this with remote supervision and be able to work non-traditional hours as needed. You should be comfortable in working in both an office setting and factory setting as well. Manages planning and coordination of the security function aligned with the Global Security Action Plan for geographic area of responsibility. Drive the digitalization and innovation of processes and solutions within the organization identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and foster a culture of digital transformation. Provides security leadership to the sites and establishes the regions security business plan. Plans organizes and directs the activities of on-site P&G security personnel and ensures their actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet corporate and customer needs. Contributes to policies procedures standards training and methods for identifying and protecting intellectual property assets personnel property facilities operations or material from unauthorized disclosure misuse theft assault vandalism product tampering espionage sabotage or loss Manages complex security improvement programs across business units service organizations and geographic area of responsibility. Plans develops and implements procedures to obtain maintain secure analyze account for and provide information from assessment reports. Job Qualifications Two to three years of experience in security management or similar roles. English B2 - fluent in written and spoken Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to security. Data Analysis Risk Assessment Leadership Communication Skills Problem-Solving Attention to Detail Interpersonal Skills Preferably have a working knowledge of Outlook 0365 tools Power Automate tools & Microsoft Power Platform products (Sharepoint PowerApps Power BI etc). Relevant professional certifications in security management (CPO Background in security roles with international aspects. Significant work from your first day in P&Gand every day learning.
