The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Integration Architecture team you will architect lead and enhance enterprise-wide device migration and management solutions. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while m bo seamless transitions and security compliance across diverse device platforms. Experience : 10- 12 years
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Strategic and highly experienced Lead Device Migration & Management Specialist with 10 to 12 years of extensive expertise primarily focusing on device migration using Quest On Demand Migration solutions alongside Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. The candidate will architect lead and optimize enterprise-wide device migration and device management solutions ensuring seamless transitions and security compliance across diverse device platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect lead and manage device migration project leveraging Quest On Demand Migration tools to plan execute and optimize migration of user profiles data application settings and device configurations across Windows environments.
Develop migration strategies that minimize downtime and ensure data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders to align migrations with business goals.
Design deploy and optimize enterprise device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager across Windows iOS Android and macOS devices .
Drive endpoint security compliance through enforcement of policies patch management and vulnerability remediation in partnership with security and compliance teams.
Automate and streamline both migration and device management workflows using PowerShell scripting Microsoft Graph API and related automation frameworks.
Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams in device migration and endpoint management best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate migration and device management solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
10 to 12 years of hands-on and architectural leadership experience with a strong focus on enterprise-level device migrations using Quest On Demand Migration or equivalent migration platforms.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for multi-platform device management (Windows iOS Android macOS).
Proven success in planning architecting and executing complex device migration engagements including profile data and application transitions.
Strong proficiency in automation and scripting with PowerShell Microsoft Graph API and other tools aimed at optimizing migration and device management processes.
Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory Conditional Access Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and integration with Microsoft 365 compliance and security toolsets.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide mentor and manage device migration and management teams and influence IT strategic initiatives.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Azure Solutions Architect Microsoft Security certifications and/or Quest migration certifications are highly desired.
