**Tenancy Renewals:** Negotiate renewals with existing residents to extend tenancies fostering long-term relationships.
**Inspections and Turnarounds:** Complete apartment inspections at various stages of tenancy and oversee the turnaround process to maintain high standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
