Key Responsibilities:

**Viewings and Lettings:** Conduct apartment viewings both in-person and via video and close deals to secure new lettings.

**Tenancy Renewals:** Negotiate renewals with existing residents to extend tenancies fostering long-term relationships.

**Inspections and Turnarounds:** Complete apartment inspections at various stages of tenancy and oversee the turnaround process to maintain high standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

**Customer Service Excellence:** Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

**Sales Acumen:** Proven ability to close deals and negotiate terms with a focus on maximising rental income and minimising void periods.
