By adopting the TCE practice principles and expanding our multi disciplinary teams you will be able to develop meaningful relationships with the children you are allocated supporting them to achieve positive outcomes in their lives

We currently have 2 Missing From Home Worker vacancies within our EmPower Contextual Safeguarding Team in Central Lancashire.

Within this team you will utilise a Contextual Safeguarding approach to understanding and responding to young peoples experiences of significant harm beyond their families. This approach recognises that the different relationships that children form in their neighbourhoods schools and online can feature violence and abuse.
