Logan Health is seeking an Ambulatory Scheduler to join our team! Youll be the first point of contact for patientscoordinating appointments supporting providers and ensuring a smooth experience across our clinics.
This position is based in Polson Montana a beautiful community on the shores of Flathead Lake. Enjoy stunning mountain views endless outdoor recreation and a welcoming small-town atmosphere while making a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do
Schedule reschedule and cancel patient appointments and procedures across specialties.
Answer high-volume calls secure messages and patient inquiries with exceptional service.
Provide clear pre-visit instructions and send reminders; document all interactions in the EHR.
Meet accuracy productivity and customer service metrics while protecting PHI (HIPAA).
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of healthcare scheduling medical office or call center experience preferred.
Strong computer skills with EHR/EMR and scheduling systems; medical terminology preferred.
Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Team-oriented patient-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
