Job Description:

Determine the needs of all assigned residents in a timely manner.
Provide resides with excellent customer service compassion and care.
Assists residents with grooming bathing dressing showering toileting and other self care tasks.
Communicate with a multidisciplinary team that consists of including however not limited to nurses therapists and resident family members.
Provide a safe environment for residents to achieve their optimal well-being.
Perform as an excellent team player.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
Ability to stand walk bend and squat for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to push pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted on a frequent basis and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance on occasion.
Ability to interact effectively with residents family members visitors government agencies/personnel the general public and other staff members.

Available Schedules: Part Time Full Time and Per Diem shifts available ** All Full Time staff are expected to work every other weekend**
