Native-level proficiency in Polish and fluent English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer support or administrative experience is a plus
Knowledge of all MS Office tools
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in customer service or communication roles is a plus.
Strong team spirit and collaborative behavior
