Establish long-term and good communication relations between the department and relevant government institutions and build good government relations for the companys core business;
Be responsible for timely understanding and tracking the latest policies regulations or information updates from the government and follow up and promote the relevant government work in accordance with the departments strategies and plans;
Organize the application for government-funded projects and policy support etc.; assist the department in obtaining project funding support from the state and local authorities;
Be responsible for drafting talking points for meetings with government leaders writing official documents and reports to government departments and handling the reception and meeting arrangements for visits by government leaders;
Be responsible for handling and responding to government matters in various urgent and sudden
regulatory incidents and enhance the companys recognition and brand image at the government level.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above with good communication and coordination skills strong policy sensitivity familiar with the internal work processes of the government good writing skills and strong logical and adaptability.
Have certain government resources and connections be good at external communication have a strong sense of teamwork and execution ability;
Familiarity with government public relations work and related industries strong copywriting and material skills and those with government affairs resources are preferred.
Excellent logical analysis skills communication skills and social skills.
