Preferred Start Date: Immediate (as soon as possible)

Contract Term: Seasonal Contract

Salary Range: THB 2750 - THB 3520 daily per contracts

OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:

JUMP! Foundation is seeking a passionate and results-oriented JUMP! Experiences Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Youll play a strategic leadership role in the successful delivery of our impactful expeditionary programs. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of program operations youll ensure a seamless and enriching experience for participants while fostering strong partnerships and driving continuous program improvement.


WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE


Program Leadership & Management:

  • LMA Contract Management: Lead Manage and Accountable for Contract Program Managers and Facilitators providing ongoing guidance support and quality assurance.
  • Partnership Support: Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners ensuring their needs are met and program objectives are aligned.
  • Program Tailoring & Customization: Lead the customization of program content and delivery to cater to the specific needs and learning objectives of diverse participant groups.
  • Oversight of Program Management Process: Ensure the effective implementation of the program management process across all stages adhering to established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain program quality and consistency.
  • Budget Management & Approvals: Manage program budgets effectively ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and timely approvals.


Program Development & Improvement:

  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous program improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation piloting new program elements and analyzing data to measure effectiveness.
  • Pre-Program Planning & Delivery: Lead the pre-program planning process ensuring logistical arrangements participant onboarding and program materials are prepared meticulously.
  • Program Delivery & Facilitation: Oversee program delivery on-site ensuring adherence to safety protocols and the successful execution of program activities.
  • Post-Program Evaluation & Reporting: Lead the post-program evaluation process collecting and analyzing data to assess program impact and inform future improvements.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education International Development Youth Work) preferred; Bachelors degree with extensive experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management youth development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering impactful experiential learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with diverse youth populations and international partners.
  • Excellent budget management and financial planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to program improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in Thai language (reading writing and speaking) is a plus.
  • Passion for youth development and experiential learning.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
