Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting and maintaining the organizations on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
Performing routine tasks such as monitoring systems troubleshooting issues and assisting with installations and configurations.
Providing technical support to end-users.
Documenting processes Knowledge Base creation and maintaining records.
Designing building and maintaining complex IT infrastructure.
Managing and optimizing network systems servers and cloud services.
Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Leading projects related to infrastructure patching upgrades and migrations.
Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement IT projects.
Part of a team supporting Normal Biz Hour with occasional After Office Hour and Weekend/PH work.
Requirements
Nutanix Foundation (or other Virtualization) Nutanix Certified Professional
OS Windows Server 2016 and above (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)
OS Linux experience (RHEL SUSE etc)
IaaS Cloud AWS (AWS Cloud Practitioner Foundational)
Automation tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform)
Advanced knowledge of IT systems networking and cloud technologies.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Basic Network knowledge (e.g. NTP SCMP IP-subnet etc)
3 to 5 years of related work experience
