The role will be responsible for both Supply and inventory planning and Material Master Data Management and will directly report to Supply Chain Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply and Inventory Planning
- Able to create and maintain timely supply plans based on demand forecasts and supply parameters coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of products adjust supply plans in response to changes in demand and other disruptions and communicate with warehouse procurement and logistics teams to ensure alignment on inventory requirements VAS and delivery schedules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply quality and reliability including monitoring of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize inventory costs and maintaining inventory based on policies including safety stock and reorder points to prevent stockouts or excess inventory including conduct of regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies; ensure accurate inventory records as well as supervise and maintain optimal inventory levels of products
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking while meeting production and customer demand.
- Able to process and use existing or new reports on inventory levels sales and stock status to provide insights for decision-making and identify and address inefficiencies in the supply and inventory process andimplement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities within the supply chain ensuringall inventory and SCM processes comply with regulatory bodies (FDA BoC NTC) including maintainingdetailed records and documentation to support audits and inspections.
Material Master Data Management
- Serve as the supply chain point of contact for creation maintenance and governance of material master data in ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred) and ensures material master data meets regulatory and GMP compliance requirements in collaborationwith cross-functional teams (QA RA Manufacturing Finance) to gather validate and update key data attributes (e.g. UoM shelf life storage conditions regulatory flags).
- Spearhead data governance initiatives including data cleansing standardization and audit readiness and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply-related master data in process improvement and system enhancement projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering (preferably)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning (including inventory management) from pharma and/or medical device companies. FMCG experience can also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material master data role (SAP ERP).
- RelevantSupply planning experience material master data maintenance and monitoring advanced Knowledge in different MS Office applications and SAP with keen attention to detail can work under minimal supervision good interpersonal communication organizational and time management skills
