At Damen Offshore & Specialized Vessels (OSV) we design and build cutting-edge ships for diverse markets from dredger to electric ferries and offshore wind to defence sectors. The role
As an HR Advisor you are the point of contact for managers and employeesof OSV who are on the payroll in the Netherlands (/-160) .You advise on various HR topics and actively contribute to the development of HR work closely with colleagues fromthe OSV entities abroadRecruitment Learning & Development Payroll and Global Mobility.
- Advising managers on HR issues such as absenteeism performance and employment conditions
- Guiding absenteeism and reintegration processes
- Supporting recruitment & selection and onboarding
- Identifying HR trends and contributing to policy development
- Participating in HR projects such as talent development and employee engagement
What you bring to the team
- A completed HBO degree in HRM or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience ideally in a technical or industrial setting
- Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and current HR practices
- A proactive independent and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills in English and any other language is always welcome
