Job Description
Plan and develop forecasts to support the overall Logistics team and its and evaluate operational risks implementing contingency plans to mitigate performance identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to peers and leadership for impactful business and develop improvements that directly impact the customer experience and improve efficiencies. Build business cases using data and insights to define how large/small the opportunity maintain and own robust reporting KPIs and management systems that help to guide the business and measure success. Collaborate with business intelligence teams to build regional reporting with the Data Science & Advanced Analytics teams on reporting automation and predictive modelling solutions to create insightful dashboards Ability to drive strategic direction and influence key partners

- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data.
- Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.

- Experience in program project management business analytics or data engineering
- Proven experience working effectively across internal and external partners at a regional and global level
- Strong collaborator relationship management and interpersonal skills with ability to translate complex findings to a business audience
- Critical thinker with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues
- Agile in ambiguity with an ability to persevere and adapt under pressure
- Exceptional communicator and presenter with ability to tailor style to different levels of an organisation
- Strategic problem solver with demonstrated ability to envision the future state of the business and synthesise insights into concrete actionable requirements and plans
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines
- Proven experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in large cross functional organisation
- Stakeholder Management experience in a fast-paced matrix organisation preferred
