Job Description
Our client is a leading European investment bank. They are currently looking for an experienced Structured Finance specialist to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for origination and execution on all structured finance transactions
- Structure financing solutions for assets acquisitions project financing leveraged buyouts and other capital activities
- Perform credit analysis and cash flow modelling
- Prepare pitching materials financing or advisory proposals
- Conducted in-depth analysis on profitability of transactions
- Perform financial analysis due diligence and take part in deal execution by liaison with external professional parties
- Perform post-investment monitoring and prepare regular project update reports.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in variety of structured finance transactions
- Strong technical skills including documentation execution and financial modelling
- Strong knowledge of lending and derivative products
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
