Job Summary:

Responsible for operational support and client service for Integrated Training Solutions (ITS) clients. Focuses on the day-to-day processing of client queries through to ad hoc projects and onboardings or implementations. Serves on large and/or complex projects. Supports ITS Sr. Technical Manager in ensuring operational efficiency focuses on the day-to-day operation of the department. Carries out complex activities with significant financial client and/or internal business impact.

Work Model: Hybrid

Major Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting the operational/technical components of the Integrated Trading Solutions offering.
  • First point of contact for dealing with ad hoc queries from ITS clients and responds to inquiries in a timely fashion liaising with internal teams (e.g. sales traders technology operations data or compliance) as needed.
  • Ensures that ITS services are delivered in line with SLA/SLD requirements.
  • Maintenance of ITS Client information and understanding of client operating models.
  • Responsible for project management of large-scale onboardings and coordination across teams incl all system connectivity trading systems custodian and broker setup as required.
  • Expert at trade lifecycle designing and suggesting operating models to ITS clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with third party providers and oversight of client deliverables.
  • Coordinate regular touchpoints with clients and support due diligence requests and oversight.
  • Project management on strategic initiatives and ad hoc development items.

Knowledge:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
  • Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Must have good project management and communication skills and have strong working knowledge of the firm the industry and technology.

Experience:

  • 4 years in financial services
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience is required
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam Series 7TO (Top-Off) and Series 63 are required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).

Salary Range:

$83100 - 141300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
