The Treasury Power Platform Specialist will be part of the Treasury Modernization team under Treasury Operations and will participate in the design development maintenance and optimization of Treasury Operations applications/tools. The role requires a strong background in Access Excel VBA programming Power Platform Tools and Alteryx. The ability to dissect and enhance existing databases and Power Apps applications is critical to this role.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills software development experience and should be able to learn production processes quickly work in a fast-paced team-driven environment and communicate well with Business Units and other stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager of Project Delivery & Enablement Team (GBS) the Treasury Modernization Specialist is primarily accountable for:
Recognizing areas within the business for process improvement and business transformation through data analysis process mapping and stakeholder engagement where citizen development can be applied to improve processes or solve problems.
Generates new and unique ideas approaches and solutions to problems and opportunities. Openly questions traditional assumptions.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop validate and prioritize enhancements and change requests.
Advise on process improvements strategies and work directly with developers and business partners to implement and deploy solution to BAU.
Demonstrates strength at evaluating feasibility or practicality of ideas and options assesses risks and trade-offs; makes informed and timely decisions.
Developing and implementing new processes and systems that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
Proactively interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Operations IT Business units COEs) and build productive working relationships with key business partners.
Lead effective sessions to brainstorm solutions documenting potential options and most optimal solutions.
Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders / audience.
Leverage data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to define and analyze operational problems identify risks and recommend options based on data-driven assessments.
Improve business processes by utilizing low-code and no-code tools such as Power Apps Power Automate and Copilot.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or any related course
At least 3-5 years working experience in developing solutions using data analytics tools such as Alteryx PowerBI PowerApps and Automate and other related software. Experience in Dataverse or Copilot is a plus.
Proficiency with BI technologies and tools.
Proficiency with low-code and no-code tools.
Experience in data modeling and normalization.
Strong understanding of relational databases like MS SQL and Oracle.
Familiarity with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with relational database structures and methodologies.
Experience in Process Re-engineering & Change Management
Experience in End user Training
Experience delivering complex projects involving system implementation and business process re-engineering / automation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand end-to-end processes
Able to effectively articulate complex problems and concepts in an easy-to-understand way
Strong communication and presentation skills ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision making
Capacity for constant learning remaining open to change and continuous improvement
Able and willing to step into tasks outside of his/her role if and when needed
Good business judgment with the ability to juggle changing priorities to meet obligations
Comfortable with ambiguity; able to establish course of action in environment of conflicting priorities
Project a positive high-energy attitude and establish harmonious working relationships with team members internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility to accommodate global schedules working with people in multiple locations and time-zones
Programming / Coding skills (e.g. C# VB / .NET Core SQL SAS) as definite assets
