The team
Youll be part of the Strategy Office within the ING NLsTransformation Office whose is known for bringing strategy to execution and delivering strategic transformations together. The team will consist of a lead a (senior) strategy consultant and a trainee.

Roles and responsibilities
As a Strategy Consultant you will:

• Deliver high-impact advice to senior stakeholders using data and insights to support decision-making and execution.

• Solve complex business challenges by applying structured problem-solving and a deep understanding of INGs strategy organisation and external trends.

• Co-design and support leaders deliver on their strategic goals.

• Translate change ambitions into actionable implementable solutionsensuring alignment and adoption across the organisation.

• Support the execution of strategic priorities

• Act as a thought leader bringing external perspectives and continuously developing consulting craftsmanship within the team.

• Foster alignment across business units on key strategic themes enabling cohesive and effective transformation.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving meaningful change. Furthermore your skills include

• Experience in management consulting or a similar strategic role

• A Masters degree in a relevant field.

• A proven track record in designing and implementing complex change initiatives.

• The ability to deliver results independently.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to mentoring and developing others.
