QA Specialist
Explore an exceptional opportunity with our client where they are a global market leader of international discount retailer chain. They are currently looking for an outstanding QA Specialist to join the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage testing protocols for consumer products review results for compliance with standards.
- Coordinate inspections testing audits and handle follow-ups quotes and invoicing.
- Prepare QA documents handle photography artwork briefing and reviews.
- Communicate with internal teams service providers and factories; manage artwork approvals.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers professionally.
- Understand product and supplier details; manage records and communication.
- Utilize systems to research and manage data.
Qualifications:
- Non-degree tertiary education required.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience ideally in third-party testing labs sourcing/buying offices or with consumer products.
- Hands-on experience in QA and testing of general hardgoods preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
- Strong proficiency in English Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizing coordination and planning abilities.
