We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist in APAC Region. This position will be located in Changshu China.

What youll do
- Follow order management process including order timely entry order confirmation order follow up call-off order handling and enquiry handling
- Execute customer contracts and related documentations
- Estimate inventory level for further allocation
- Handle invoice including credit note
- Conduct promotion sample service and trial sample service
- Support sales in customer info collecting and technical sales in claim handling process
- Support Finance and sales in rebate & commission handling and A/R follow & chase payment
- Understand customer order requirements well to ensure customer satisfaction
Who you are
You have post-secondary level diploma or higher corresponding knowledge
You have over 2 years related working experience
You have fluent English skill and language skill in Korean or Cantonese is a plus
You have a clear and strong service mind-set
You can adapt to different situations
You are proactive and achievement orientation
You have good communication skills
You are willing to work as a team player also work independently
