Job Summary
Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge skill and abilities.
- Ability to plan and supervise the work of others; experience as head custodian or other leadership role in a cleaning/housekeeping operation preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Considerable janitorial and grounds maintenance experience; experience as a semi-skilled handyman preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning methods materials and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently; ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions; and ability to get along well with others.
Pay Rate:
Custodian Salary Scale(credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Assignment:
Full time / 12 months / 245 days
Start Date:
This position is effective with the 2025-2026 school year
