We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA Supervisorto join our team in Makati City.

The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving the organizations Quality Management System (QMS) with a strong preference for candidates certified as ISO Lead Auditors or with experience as QMS Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise QA staff and coordinate quality assurance activities across departments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits including preparation execution and follow-up.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) including document control CAPA and risk management.
• Develop and implement quality policies procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure product and process quality through inspections testing and validation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in quality assurance preferably in a supervisory role.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in managing or implementing a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards regulatory compliance and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools
