This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in consulting project management and business strategy while collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
What will you be doing
As a Business/Project Analyst at Rapido you will support consulting and project delivery by conducting research analyzing data and helping develop client-facing deliverables. Youll collaborate virtually with U.S. stakeholders and contribute to impactful business solutions.
- Project Support: Assist in developing executive-level presentations reports and workflows that align with client standards.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research benchmarking and data analysis to identify trends and support strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Help evaluate client business processes identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Content Development: Support in creating thought leadership content collaborating with internal resources to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Project Coordination: Track timelines deliverables and action items to ensure smooth execution of engagements.
- Client Engagement: Assist in preparing materials facilitating meetings and supporting stakeholder communications.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adaptability: Align with U.S. time zones and utilize remote collaboration tools effectively.
What we need:
- Bachelors degree in Sales Finance Accounting Economics Supply Chain or MIS.
- 03 years of experience in consulting project management or business-related roles.
- Strong critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite; Visio experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the consulting industry.
- Preferred but not required: MBA or Masters degree in a related field.

This is a remote position but its required to be living in GDL or Len.
