Job Description: SAP SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Roles/Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Materials Management (MM) and ability to handle all Purchasing & Inventory management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM).
Understand client requirements provide solutions functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visios for the clients proposed business processes.
Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
Ability to configure SAP MM & WM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Clients Standards & Requirements. Strong configuration hands on experience in MM & WM.
Responsible in studying and preparing AS-IS study gap analysis Blue-Print and Strong configuration hands on experience in the following MM areas.
Material Master Purchasing Inventory Management Account Determination Invoice Verifications.
Knowledge of inbound and outbound supply chain involving Purchase Requisitions Quotation Contracts Purchase Orders Stock Transport Order STO Delivery Inventory Management including Physical Inventory and Invoice Verification.
Integration of the MM & WM module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
Unit Testing Cycle Testing
Integration Testing
User Manual Preparation
User Support activities
Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
Prepare test scripts and perform testing after MM upgrade
Skills/Experience Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
3 to 6 years of SAP MM Functional Domain Experience and should have worked for 3 to 6 years on MM/SCM Modules of SAP projects and or support engagements. At least one full life cycle implementation experience in MM module covering all the skills as mentioned below.
The following SAP MM skills are necessary:
SAP MM/SCM Material Master and other Master Data
SAP MM/SCM Purchasing
SAP MM/SCM Inventory Management (Including Physical Inventory counts)
SAP MM/SCM External Service Management/ Lean Services
SAP MM/SCM Account Assignment
SAP MM/SCM Invoice Verification
SAP WM/EWM Inbound Processing
SAP WM/EWM Outbound Processing
SAP WM/EWM Planning & Dispatching
SAP WM/EWM Warehouse & Storage
SAP WM/EWM Handling Unit Management and Storage Unit Management
SAP WM/EWM Cross docking
SAP WM/EWM RF configuration
Should be able to analyze end to end procurement processes and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in MM.
Regularly interact with the onsite team/client. Conduct daily/weekly conference calls. Create solution presentations with the ability to drive meetings and attain approvals as necessary. Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client.
Should have great written and oral communication skills.
Must be a good team player
Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:

SAP PP & QM
NICE TO HAVE
Help to resolve technical and functional issues after MM upgrade.
Flexible enough with knowledge to work on WM module requirements.
Prepare training documentation.
Have worked on at least Three MM/SCM projects.
Should have great communication skills.
Should be open to relocate.
Team Leading Experience would be an added advantage.
