Sales Negotiator North Essex
Are you a driven Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in your property career My client a leading and expanding estate agency is offering an exciting opportunity to join one of their thriving offices in North Essex.
This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months experience in estate agency who is looking to progress into valuations and listings. What Youll Be Doing
- Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors providing exceptional customer service.
- Arranging and attending property viewings handling offers and guiding clients through the sales process.
- Managing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Working closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors and the lettings team to maximise opportunities.
What Were Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator.
- Ambitious target-driven and passionate about delivering results.
- A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Professional personable and motivated to develop your career.
