About The Job
As our new Product/Application Expert you will play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers by providing troubleshooting and expert technical advice. Your focus will be on controls and automation with primary responsibility for delivering high-quality support for Alfa Lavals decanter this role you will ensure that customers receive timely reliable solutions enabling them to maximize uptime efficiency and performance. Your tasks will be:
Resolve technical questions related to Service in Helpdesk for internal and external customers.
Prepare quotes Technical and Commercial for engineered orders Including spare parts and upgrade kits
Contribute to Spare part planning
Troubleshooting
Coordinate and drive projects together with other stakeholders in Alfa Laval e.g. PM and R&D

At Alfa Laval we embrace a hybrid work model providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position can be based at our Copenhagen office with an expected travel commitment of approximately 1525 days per year.
What You Know
You have a solid understanding of control systems and automation ideally combined with experience from the process industry. Your background could be as a Mechanical Operations or Process Engineer or perhaps as a Maskinmester/Marine Engineer or in a similar technical field. What matters most is that you bring strong technical insight problem-solving skills and the ability to apply your knowledge in a practical customer-focused environment.
