Salary Range: $29.98 - $46.47 Hourly

Description
The Paramedic Captain will work on an ambulance crew and are responsible for the day-to-day leadership of personnel while on shift. Captains will split the week into separate parts and work with the same team members consistently to build rapport and familiarize team members with their expectations and leadership. They will be responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are completed by crew members and will have the ability to institute corrective action if needed.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required National Registry Paramedic Certification AHA ACLS AHA PALS and AHA BLS or ARC BLS required upon hire Must obtain ND Paramedic license and EVOC within 90-days of hire ICS 100 ICS 200 and ICS 700 required within one year of hire. ICS 300 and ICS 400 recommended within one year of hire. Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred Experience Requirements 3 years of EMS experience preferred Special Skills or Training Requirements Microsoft office experience knowledge of EMS dispatch and charting systems leadership ability involving multiple agencies preferred
