HCA Florida JFK Hospital and HCA Florida JFK North Hospital are seeking a board-certified General Surgeon with a focus on surgical oncology endocrine surgery or minimally invasive surgery. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and leadership of our Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs while delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
Specialization: Preference for candidates with fellowship training or significant experience in surgical oncology endocrine surgery or minimally invasive surgery.
GME Involvement: Active participation in the development and leadership of surgical residency programs contributing to the education and mentorship of future surgeons.
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence in patient care and medical education.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in General Surgery.
Fellowship training in surgical oncology endocrine surgery or minimally invasive surgery preferred.
Three to five years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to medical education and leadership in GME programs.
